Our bankruptcy department has extensive experience representing both debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy and workout situations.  Our recent representations include the debtor of a motel bankruptcy and condemnation litigation; a business owner negotiating with its creditors, including multiple union and pension funds to restructure the company; and many business owners restructuring their personal liabilities for company obligations.
