Emily Gan

Associate

Emily Gan is an Associate at the firm where she has handled a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate transactions, collections and litigation, contract drafting and review. She assists and works closely with other attorneys at the firm on other matters whenever necessary, including but not limited to, zoning, variance and building violations, condemnation, personal injury, tax certiorari proceedings, and trust and estate proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gan worked as a Real Estate Salesperson in New York City and Long Island. She also served as president of the Board for seven years for an 18-unit condominium complex. 

Emily graduated from New York Law School and was recently admitted to the New York State Bar in April 2023.
